CWA History

In 2005, Calvin B. Cash III, PLS, and Nathan R. Waggner, PE, founded Cash Waggner & Associates (CWA) to deliver a wide range of full-service, civil engineering, land surveying, and construction administration services to public and private sector clients.

 

CWA is an Indiana-based firm with offices in Jasper (Corporate) and Evansville and also licensed in twenty (20) states. CWA has a growing staff of nearly two-dozen combined professional, technical, and administrative personnel that include licensed professional engineers, registered professional land surveyors, a landscape architect, certified floodplain manager, design technicians, ecologist, and survey field crews.

 

Our staff is equipped with the latest technologies such as state-of-the-art total and robotic stations, and Global Positioning System (GPS) instruments—all with electronic data collectors. CWA also utilizes Digital Terrain Models (DTM), which save our clients time and money.  Additionally, with our in-house and full operating lab, we offer quality construction testing and inspection services.

We are client-and-team oriented and responsive in meeting project budgets and schedules by providing cost-effective solutions.  Thus, CWA is proud that more than 80% of our business comes from repeat clients who have instilled trust with us throughout the years. Our design and construction experience and capabilities allow us to stay active throughout the construction phase, which has taught our professionals the ability to design cost-effective and practical solutions.
